2011运行提示Method verify Access failed(error=80073AFC)怎么解决的啊？

win7下安装好CXL2011后，运行提示Method verify Access failed(error=80073AFC)
You do not have sufficient access privileges to install the game.Please contact your administrator
我知道是权限的问题，置顶的贴也看过了，方法都试过了，还是不行啊，不知道有没有解决了的朋友，能不能告诉我怎么弄啊，之前在XP下玩一切都正常，现在换系统了，玩不了，纠结中啊。。。

是64位的么，如果是的话，貌似官方也没有办法目前
