求助游戏应用配置出错

安装好游戏后打开快捷方式有提示的方式输入name 弹出一个框提示失败然后打开cl game这个快捷方式提示游戏应用配置出错请重装游戏解决按照提示重装后依然这样求解决

如果不能解决，那暂时也没有办法，这个游戏对于64位系统以及某些配置是不能玩的。

我的是32的以前都能玩，但重装了就这样了
