为什么这个厂从没人上班 就算周围有剧名去 人口1W多 工业需求很高 但是都没人上班

关键在这里“员工人数 0/0”

这里的分母是指工作岗位（或者住宅容量）的最大值，而分子是指当前的最大容量

你这个工厂的“最大值”都已经为零了，换言之，就是无论如何也没有工作人口的。看情况这个应该是第三方的工厂插件吧，可能是这个MOD的数据上有误，或者插件作者故意为之的

没黑 交通很方便 本身插件就自带铁路我还在厂门口弄了好多路 通往临城和商业区居民区

這完全是個PLOPABLE（撲通類插件），牠只會在你PLOP的時候占用RCI值、水耗、電耗等等……查看工具對牠不起作用。

以下是插件說明，下載的時候最好先了解清楚：

Is a large project that relies on making lots and BATs of any type and function to enlarge the possibilities of making (or trying to) realistic large industrial districts.

Those heavy ironworks are coupled with several steelmaking facilities, like 2 BOF shops, an open hearth furnace and an electric melt shop. It also includes gas washing facilities, water aerators and recirculators, a gas holder and a slag dumping pit. The props are nightlighted and show the inner processes of the given buildings.
