请教chelsea tower的支持文件（已解决）

在README里面看到这么一句话，Dependencies：Needless to say, since this is a mere set of additional lots, you will need the original building for which this set was created. You can find it here (click).我点过去以后，结果没找到支持文件，不知道有谁能指点一下。
