First of all, you can't combine them. Eg. CSX Mod Sloping is not compatible with the Smoother Road and Rail Slope Mod by bones1 or with either the Tunnel Slope Mods or the Self Levelling Mono and Elevated Rail Mod by kt3 (they change the same tuning exemplars). All mods by kt3 can be used at the same time though (they affect different networks).
BigRedFish published his BRF TunnelSlopeMod only in a thread called My Experiment in tunneling by csq246. That modd was later modified by Jeronij (BRF TunnelSlopeMod JRJ Version) to allow steeper railroads and one-way roads.
Below is a comparison between original in-game values of the property MaxSlopeAlongNetwork and the way CSX, bones1, JRJ, BRF, kt3 (in the Self Levelling Mod) and HSRP (High Speed Rail Project) changes them. The values are the maximum slopes allowed in degrees:
