This download contains lots only. You will need the BAT models in order for this download to work. Please download the HK Estate Pack 1 if you don't have it already. For installation instructions, see below.

2. Textures
I had two problems when designing the lots: Firstly, the normal medium-wealth textures clashed with the building colours. Secondly, I had to achieve a slightly more upscale look by means of lot work. This is why I finally decided to resort to using a widely used texture pack:
BSC Texture Pack Vol01
(Please note that this pack is part of the BSC Textures MEGA Pack, a must-have for every serious user of custom content. If you have the MEGA pack already, you have everything you need.)

网站上下的BSC Texture Pack Vol01没用，还是箱子。谁用过了的，请共享一下，谢谢了~

你说清楚要哪个文件啊，你这个问题我也碰到过，应该是要HK Estate Pack 1这个，不过simtropolis上说是已经不需要这个了，下一个比这个更新的楼就会显示正常了
