求助：640灯光补丁打不上去

640灯光补丁打不上去。

我在重装SIMCITY后，再打638和640补丁的时候出现问题。
打638补丁的时候，出现对话框：
patch waring
old file not found. however,a file of the same name was found. no  update done since file contents do not match。
但点击确定后，还能继续安装。

打640补丁的时候，出现对话框：
patch error
old file not found. however,a file of the same name was found. no  update done since file contents do not match
点击确定后，安装终止。

请问，这是怎么回事情？

说明：我的系统是XP SP2
         我的游戏是重新安装的，但是PLUGINS文件夹为原先使用的，直接复制后覆盖。
