插件说明：By popular demand; the service roads that come with the oil drill as a seperate network in the roads menu. Does not require oil under your city and can be built right from the start. Freight vehicles can drive on them, making them an efficient tool to manage traffic. Note that water/power/sewage does not travel along these roads.
油井菜单下的道路，不用建油井就可以使用。只能货车行驶，有效分流了货运交通。不能运送水电。

To use, unzip the attached file and place it in your \Origin\SimCity\SimCityData folder.
放在\Origin\SimCity\SimCityData中
