插件说明：This mod adds the Budget Map data layer to the Government palette. By default, this map is only visible while in a budget crisis situation, but it can be just as useful during normal gameplay.
这个MOD政府界面中增加一个开支地图选项。默认情况下，只能在城市破产情况下能看到，但它现在适用于正常的游戏中。

As an added feature, buildings that are not currently open (because they've been turned off by the player or because they're still under construction) are now showing in dark grey. You can also see modules that have been turned off separately from the base.
