IV. The Water Graphics Bug
There is an evil nasty bug in the game that we lovingly (NOT) refer to as "The Water Graphics Bug." Despite all the other bugs and oddities in the game that others may piss & moan about, this bug is by the far the most vile and has single-handedly made more types of lot development impossible than you could ever imagine. This bug is definitely Public Enemy Number One!
To avoid setting off this nasty little bugger, there are two things that you must NEVER do:
1. Never have an OVERLAY texture on a transparent tile. You technically can make a semi-transparent lot where the BASE texture is transparent and the OVERLAY texture is not... but it will set off the Water Graphics Bug... even where water is not involved.
2. Transparent lots can not be plopped in the water. No beaches or marinas or any lot that extends into the water. Never, ever, ever, never... just don't do it. Its ugly... and I for one am not going to clean up the mess.

頂樓是說明透明貼圖的lot如何作,然後在約9樓~後面樓層就有說overlay圖層也要刪掉,不然會有bug
這個不是軟体3dsMAX,而是在軟體LE或其他類似LE製作 的兩層地面貼圖,
basetexture和上面的一層overlaytexture。
因為想要透明,於是刪掉最底層的basetexture貼圖,
但往往overlay層貼圖層保留(overlay有很多貼圖是部分透明部分不透明),就會出現怪現象。
有貼圖的例子比較快理解,沒例子這樣較難理解了,
總之解決辦法是:想要有透明貼圖的時候,不但要把basetexture刪掉,更要把overlay貼圖刪掉。這樣就沒問題。
