关于城市长高

我的城市有“高住宅”，“高商业”的需求，相关的环境也很好，有学校与医院，为什么中、高密度的住宅区与商业区、高楼无法发展起来？

那要看你的城市发展规模了，如果城市很小，那么不管你用什么方法（用插件的除外），高楼大厦都会与你的城市无缘，但是如果城市发展规模较大，那么高楼大厦就离你不远了。
<br />顺便说一句，布置一些花园、广场什么的会对分区有积极的影响！

“高住宅”指的是高收入的富人住的房子。低密度别墅里也可以住$$$的富人。如果需求的数量不多，出的楼当然是矮楼了。
