Employs skilled, executives and elites.
Upkeep cost: 20 400
Max monthly cost: 30 000
Construction cost: 90 000
Destruction cost: 10 500

Menu location: the building is located under civic services -> education
Install: place the mod into your paks or paks/mods folder
Uninstall: delete the building from your cities first and then remove the mod
Tip: With this building and other high education buildings create a nice campus area!
