Without both Part1 and Part2 it will not work.

把part2都下載放在一起才能運作..

Download Part1 and Part2
Unzip both. Put the rar files in the same folder (or on the Desktop)
open part 1 with Winrar. It will automatically combine both files and create a folder.
Put the folders in your Plugins Folders.

就是12两个部分都要下载，一起解压。然后扔到Plugins文件夹里
