高手指点 I-D 建筑无法正常显示？？？？？？

1 我的是本站下载的豪华版，按说明已打到640。
2 下载文件只有一个lot 已传图和插件。
3 文件是放在，（我的文档/Simcity 4/Plugins目录下）或（ 游戏目录/Plugins目录下）都无法正常显示。郁闷
4 重装， 游戏和系统不下5遍，还是无法 看图吧。
5我下的好些I-D I-M I-H 都有这问题~~~~
求高手指点了~~~~
