PLANET
* City Slots:
- Planets now hold up to 10,000 cities
- Players can now use two city slots
* Maps:
- 13 new maps were introduced to the game
- Agriculture and holidays are now presented as resources on maps
- The amount of resources on each map has been balanced to lower fuel value over other tokens
INTERFACE
* Trade Interface
- Player-to-player trade removed (for the time being only)
- New ingame Market Place interface
- New website Market Place interface
* Planet Interface
- New planet interface overall layout
- Filtering cities by landscapes, resources or tokens is now easier
- City creation window has been revamped to display map resources
* Ingame Interface
- New ingame interface layout (1st part implementation)
- New layers were added in the right side menu: population, ground relief, agriculture...
- A "+" symbol in the construction menu now indicates recently unlocked buildings
- Various fixes were made to information panels and menus
- Option to resize interface added to the main menu
- Windowed mode option has been added to the resolution menu
- It's now possible to save more than one screenshot. They are saved in the "My Pictures" folder
* Tools
- Decoration fillers now 'snap' more easily (less "no border found" messages)
- Empty lots, bankrupt buildings and decoration do not need to be bulldozed anymore before being replaced by a new building
SIMULATION
* Budget
- Starting budget is now 300,000
- Farms can now go bankrupt too
- Cost of utilities and decoration has been re-evaluated
* Satisfaction
- Citizens are now harder to please in bigger cities
- Services required by executives don't employ executives anymore
- Services required by elites don't employ elites anymore
- Wooded park areas now have a positive impact on quality of life
- Pollution now reaches further on the map
- Universities and laboratories now also provide education
* Dependencies
- Buildings have to be placed in a specific order at the start of the game (City Link > Town Hall > All-in-One)
- Buildings production and demands have been tweaked
- Farms now need to be placed on fertile zones
- Tourist hotels now need to be placed on holiday zones
- Production boosting buildings are unlocked as city specializes
- Heavily specialized cities can now obtain a new multinational company
* Transports
- Improved traffic algorithms and pathfinding are enhanced
- City links reach further on the map
- Harbours need to be placed on a sea intercity
- Small airports and harbour are not more efficient than bigger ones anymore
CONTENT
- New specialization and landmark buildings to discover!
- New vehicles driving down the streets
- Vehicles of the same model now have different random colours
TECHNICAL
- Performance should greatly improve
- Graphical optimisations
KNOWN ISSUES
* Planet
- While visiting a fellow city, it's impossible to exit back to planet view (need to close and restart client)
- It's not possible to build a city on an island map
* Avatar
- Avatar shows as default after upload
* Interface
- Budget arrow stays stuck in down position
- Impossible to assign tokens to a blueprint through ingame interface (works from web interface though)
- Tokens assigned to blueprints show in wrong column in token balance window
- "Price history" window in the Market Place doesn't show history properly
- Market Place displays incorrect amount of "available tokens"
- Special caracter in city name display incorrectly in the Market Place window
* Simulation
- It's possible to place 2 All-in-One utilities at the start of the game
- Medium electricity building doesn't unlock properly
