My simcity4 cannot use TChinese,who can help me?

Thank you for coming in.
But my Simcity only support SChinese , when I use TChinese , everything become English,and some plug show TChinese.
All the news like this "XXXXXX not in database"


PS: SChinese shows no problem.Just TChinese.

You must download the Traditional Chinese language file first.

And then, copy following text and save a reg file and import to Registry system.

1. Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
   
2. 
   
3. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Maxis\SimCity 4\1.0]
   
4. "Language"=dword:00000012

Thank you , but I've done it.It didn't work at all.
I have 3 language folders in my 'Simcity 4 deluxe'.They're TChinese,SChinese and English.
The reg is correct.
So I guess the language file is broken.
How could I find the TChinese language file ?
I'm so sorry about it that it's hard for me to use the searching.

Copy the TChinese file to your installation of SimCity folder,Then click on the registration.

Both are 16.7 M , but this works well!
